About the Job
Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Videographer to lead end-to-end video production within our marketing team. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, creative direction skills, and the ability to independently manage shoots and editing workflows. Candidates must bring their own professional camera equipment and showcase a proven portfolio of previous work.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead the planning, filming, and editing of high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, brand communication, and social media.
2. Conceptualize and execute creative video ideas aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
3. Manage on-set lighting, audio, framing, and the entire production workflow.
4. Work closely with the marketing, design, and strategy teams to deliver impactful visual content.
5. Mentor junior videographers to ensure consistent quality and skill development across the team.
6. Oversee proper file management, content organization, and timely delivery.
