Key Responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
2. Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds to assess candidate fit.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
5. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
6. Draft and post job descriptions on relevant job boards and social platforms.
7. Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and team needs.
8. Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and candidate tracking systems.
9. Support employer branding initiatives and participate in hiring events.
10. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
