Key ResponsibilitiesA. Social Media Strategy and Management
1. Own and grow Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn for Juniors Fashion Week brands.
2. Plan, schedule, and publish daily stories, reels, posts, carousels, long-form videos, and professional updates.
3. Manage content calendar, trends, hashtags, and community engagement.
4. Track, analyze, and report performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions).
B. Elite Kids Talent Account Management
1. Manage individual social media handles of portfolio kids (Instagram and YouTube).
2. Coordinate daily with parents for approvals, shoot scheduling, and content planning.
3. Liaise with luxury brands for collaborations, gifting, and paid campaigns.
4. Ensure brand safety, child-friendly content guidelines, and legal compliance.
C. UGC and EGC Content Creation
1. Conceptualize and script reels, YouTube vlogs, behind-the-scenes, parent testimonials, and runway transformation videos.
2. Ideate fresh, viral-worthy concepts weekly for affluent parents and luxury brands.
3. Shoot and direct simple phone or content-camera videos when required.
4. Coordinate with employees to create videos and content for social media.
D. Art Direction and On-Ground Execution
1. Provide creative direction and supervision during runway shows, photoshoots, and brand campaigns.
2. Work closely with event teams, photographers, videographers, and agencies for cohesive aesthetics.
3. Ensure backstage and live content (reels, stories, highlights) is captured and posted in real time.
4. Act as the bridge between parents, brands, event team, and internal creative team.
5. Negotiate and execute brand integrations, sponsored posts, and ambassador programs.
