About the Job
The Senior Operations Analyst ensures smooth, accurate, and efficient operations across PixFirst’s European school-photography and print-production workflow. The role blends analytical strength with hands-on operational expertise—from school setup and sales session creation to order processing, printing, and customer issue resolution.Key responsibilities:
A. Operational Analysis
1. Track daily/weekly KPIs across the full workflow: school setup, product/pack creation, sales sessions, order accuracy, printing timelines, production errors, ticket SLAs, and school performance.
2. Build reports that support Ops leadership and CEO decision-making.
B. Process Improvement
1. Map end-to-end processes and identify inefficiencies (duplicate albums, catalog issues, delays, bottlenecks).
2. Work with Ops and Dev teams to fix root causes and reduce manual efforts.
C. Quality & Compliance
1. Monitor error patterns (order mismatches, missing images, wrong deliveries, print-lab delays).
2. Implement QA checks and ensure compliance with quality standards and SLAs.
D. Cross-Team Collaboration
1. Coordinate with Photographers, Dev, BI, Customer Support, and Print teams to standardize processes, test features, reduce recurring issues, and improve turnaround.
