We are hiring for an international travel-based process.Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer queries related to reservations and cancellations
2. Communicate effectively by writing and speaking clearly in English in a blended process
3. Provide resolutions within defined turnaround time requirements
4. Share accurate information about products and services
5. Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone during all interactions
6. Meet performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Note:
1. CTC for fresher 28K - 31K as per the skill set + good incentives
2. Location - Gurgaon/Noida
