About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Provide first-level support for SAP PP, QM, APO, and PPDS issues.
2. Help with production orders, MRP errors, inspection lots, and quality notifications.
3. Support planning activities in APO/PPDS (heuristics, SNP/PPDS planning runs, alerts).
4. Maintain master data (BOMs, routings, work centers, PDS/PPM, inspection plans).
5. Run and monitor planning jobs in APO/PPDS.
6. Assist in testing for new changes, enhancements, and upgrades.
7. Prepare simple documentation and help train end users.
8. Escalate complex issues to senior consultants.
