About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Make outbound sales calls to potential customers for personal loans.
2. Pitch loan products confidently and explain interest rates, eligibility, and documentation.
3. Understand customer needs and recommend the best PL option.
4. Generate leads, convert inquiries into sales, and achieve daily/weekly targets.
5. Follow up with interested customers and push conversions.
6. Maintain records of customer details in the CRM/database.
7. Provide proper information regarding loan terms, repayment, and policies.
8. Work closely with the team leader to achieve monthly targets.
9. Participate in daily team meetings, sales training, and performance reviews.
10. Maintain professional tone, ethics, and compliance on every call.
