Key responsibilities:1. Regular follow-up on old and new leads, attend events and seminars, and organize workshops and information sessions for potential
2. clients.
3. Ensure high conversion rate of all leads- telephonic, forwarded and referrals to successfully achieve the performance goals
4. Responsible for complete sales funnel management & ensuring updating of enquiries, solving the student queries, follow-up with students, and enrolments/ handling registrations.
5. Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media.
6. Reach out to potential candidates through data calling and follow-ups.
7. Identify the need for upskilling based on their industry and interests.
8. Build and maintain a pipeline of high-intent prospects.
9. Guide working professionals about various UG & PG programs available.
10. Conduct one-on-one phone/video counseling sessions or in-person meetings.
11. Assist students in developing educational plans that align with their career goals.
12. Provide detailed information on course selection, program requirements, and admission policies.
13. Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively explaining program benefits.
14. Maintain ongoing communication with prospective students via calls, emails, and messages.
15. Track and record all interactions, ensuring seamless follow-ups.
16. Advocate for students' success by coordinating with faculty and administrators.
17. Ensure daily deliverables are met while achieving weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
18. Adhere to the sales funnel process, from lead generation to successful closures.
19. Work collaboratively with the team to drive overall admissions growth.
