3. Qualify leads and schedule detailed calls with Seniors
4. Maintain proper lead tracking and follow-ups
5. Coordinate Marketing Team Work
6. Update lead status accurately in CRM/Google Sheets
7. Follow structured SOPs and communication guidelines
8. Ensure no lead is missed or left unattended
