About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Counter sales & customer handling:
1. Handle walk-in customers at retail outlets and assist them with product selection
2. Provide accurate information on uniforms, books, stationery, sports kits, and other school supplies
3. Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve basic queries or complaints
B. Institutional & field sales:
1. Coordinate with schools, colleges, and institutions for bulk orders
2. Assist in pitching products, pricing discussions, and follow-ups with school authorities
3. Support senior sales team in onboarding new institutional clients
C. Order processing & coordination:
1. Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
2. Coordinate with operations and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
D. Relationship management:
1. Build long-term relationships with school representatives, parents, and institutional buyers
2. Maintain customer records and track repeat business
E. Sales reporting:
1. Maintain daily sales records and update data using Excel/Google Sheets
2. Share regular sales updates and insights with the management team
