Sales & Customer Support Executive: At Sankhya Lekha, we’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Support Executive who excels in communication, client engagement, and sales growth.Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct online and offline customer onboarding and product training
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships
3. Serve as the main point of contact for client queries
4. Identify upsell and new business opportunities
5. Create product training materials and guides
6. Deliver sales presentations and proposals
7. Track sales performance and recommend improvements
