About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new memberships, onboarding brand partners, selling sponsorships for networking events, and promoting advertising & PR solutions. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity that requires strong communication and sales skills.Key responsibilities:
1. Membership Sales: Drive acquisition and retention of company memberships.
2. Brand Partnerships: Identify, approach, and onboard strategic brand partners.
3. Event Sponsorships: Secure sponsorships for high-impact networking events.
4. Advertising & PR Sales: Promote magazine advertisements, feature stories, and branding packages.
5. Corporate Collaborations: Form alliances with business leaders and position them as industry experts.
6. Lead Generation & Deal Closure: Identify potential clients, conduct meetings, pitch solutions, and close deals.
7. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans; track KPIs and achieve revenue targets.
