1. Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their needs and provide personalized counseling on study abroad programs in Italy.
2. Manage and nurture leads through various channels, including calls, emails, and online platforms.
3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into successful enrollments.
4. Leverage your expertise in selling high-ticket products to build trust and confidence with clients.
5. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth application and visa process for enrolled students.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
