About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Represent the program and organization at the hotel.
2. Handle enrolments of walk-in and other customers into the membership.
3. Collect data on potential members and follow up for enrolment.
4. Engage with members at hotels to build strong relationships.
5. Coordinate with hotel teams for reservations and customer requests.
6. Respond to customer queries and service requirements.
7. Understand TLC apps and websites and support hotel teams during outages.
8. Track program performance and present insights to hotel teams.
9. Communicate program value to stakeholders consistently.
10. Maintain strict confidentiality of company information at all times.
