About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Market research & mapping: Identify potential dealers from the UBS network, Competition benchmarking, and mapping UBS dealers with authorised distributors.
2. Sales support & lead generation – Order generation and demand generation
3. Assist in lead generation and follow-ups with the Birla Pivot team.
4. Product promotion & dealer engagement: Formalising GTM strategy for private label products in the UBS network. Coordinating and initiating product displays, Shop-in-shop for Birla Pivot Products in the UBS channel.
5. Support in executing promotional campaigns for private label products
6. Data management & reporting: Maintain sales trackers, outlet productivity reports, and customer databases.
7. Assist in preparing MIS reports and performance dashboards.
8. Coordination with dealers, Birla Pivot Private Label team, and category manager for driving sales.
9. Support in resolving basic customer service issues
