About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Sales and Order Management
1. Manage end-to-end sales-to-order cycle, including sales and purchase orders on Zoho/ERP.
2. Convert walk-in, online, and corporate enquiries into sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
3. Coordinate with production for accurate order preparation and dispatch.
4. Handle corporate and bulk festive orders and represent the brand at exhibitions and events.
B. Logistics and Delivery Management
1. Optimise courier allocation based on serviceability, cost, and performance.
2. Track logistics KPIs, including delivery percentage, TAT, RTO percentage, and cost per shipment.
3. Negotiate shipping rates and onboard new logistics partners.
4. Coordinate daily pickups, delivery exceptions, and escalations to ensure smooth D2C fulfilment.
C. Supplier and Inventory Management
1. Implement inventory controls to reduce waste and maintain accurate stock levels.
2. Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues promptly.
3. Conduct monthly invoice reconciliations and optimise procurement costs.
4. Manage stock replenishment and maintain strong vendor relationships.
D. Reporting and MIS
1. Maintain accurate records related to sales, logistics, and inventory.
2. Analyse performance trends to support operational improvements.
3. Prepare KPI reports, presentations, and daily/weekly/monthly MIS updates for management.
E. Customer Engagement and Support
1. Maintain customer service standards and ensure timely communication regarding order status.
2. Build retention strategies and manage customer interactions effectively.
3. Collect feedback to improve customer experience.
4. Resolve order and delivery issues promptly and professionally.
