About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Campaign strategy & execution:
1. Develop and execute push marketing campaigns through email and WhatsApp to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales.
2. Create tailored messages, promotions, and offers based on customer segmentation, behaviors, and lifecycle stage.
3. Manage campaign timelines, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
B. Content creation & optimization:
1. Craft engaging, persuasive, and personalized copy for emails and WhatsApp messages.
2. Design eye-catching and responsive email templates with attention to visual aesthetics and functionality.
3. Optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs (Call-to-Actions) for maximum engagement.
C. Audience segmentation & personalization:
1. Utilize customer data to create targeted, personalized messaging that resonates with different segments.
2. Analyze customer behavior and purchase history to tailor messages that drive action.
D. Analytics & reporting:
1. Track and analyze key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) for email and WhatsApp campaigns.
2. Generate insights from campaign data to refine strategies and improve performance.
3. A/B test subject lines, message formats, and other elements to optimize engagement.
E. Automation & CRM integration:
1. Implement and manage automated email and WhatsApp flows, such as welcome emails, abandoned cart reminders, re-engagement campaigns, etc.
2. Work closely with the CRM team to ensure seamless integration of customer data into campaign workflows.
F. Compliance & best practices:
1. Ensure all push marketing campaigns comply with relevant laws, including data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
2. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns remain relevant and effective.
