About the Job
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Manager located in the Mohali district.Key responsibilities:
1. Manage guest relations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional customer service.
2. Take care of the day-to-day working of Operations, which involves co-od with Hotels, Airlines, of guests booked by us for their reservations
3. Coordinate with the Guest (Client) who books with us their Vacation
4. Managing due communication/ records related to the above reservation
5. Work role shall include co-operation with Hotels/ Airlines Suppliers within India and Overseas
6. Quality checks at each step of services booked or confirmed for the Guest
