About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Work with the Product & Design team to curate a compelling yet simple user experience for our customers.
2. Execute UX design in an agile, fast-moving environment.
3. Be a passionate advocate for the user, and facilitate design solutions by partnering with our Product team to incorporate customer insights throughout the creative process.
4. Ensure adherence to design best practices, standards, and brand consistency.
We invite applications exclusively from freshers who will be completing their graduation/post-graduation in 2026, Engineering & Design colleges.
Internship Program: 3 months; 21 hours per week; stipend of INR 7,500 per month.
Traineeship Program: 6 months; 8.5 hours per day; payment of INR 20,000 per month.
Full-Time Opportunity: Upon successful completion of the training program and based on weekly performance evaluation, you may be offered a full-time position as Associate – UX Designer with a CTC of INR 900,000 per annum.
