About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Perform outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to BFY Sports And Fitness products and services
2. Handle incoming calls from existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues
3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest offerings to effectively communicate with customers
4. Utilize MS-Office and Google Workspace to document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups
5. Demonstrate excellent English/Hindi proficiency, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
6. Utilize MS-Excel to manage customer data, create reports, and analyze performance metrics to improve sales strategies
7. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of BFY Sports And Fitness
