About the Job
About the role:We are looking for a full-time full-stack developer who can build scalable full-stack web and mobile applications. This role is ideal for someone who writes clean, efficient code, understands core development principles, and can work without relying heavily on AI tools.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop full-stack applications using the MEAN/MERN stack (mandatory).
2. React Native experience is a must.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following clean coding principles.
4. Debug issues independently and ensure high-quality production-ready code.
5. Build scalable and user-friendly web and mobile apps.
6. Work closely with designers, developers, junior team members, content creators, founders, and clients.
7. Understand requirements, plan scope of work, and turn ideas into functional products.
8. Collaborate in virtual meetings/calls with the team and clients.
9. Lead and guide new joiners when required.
10. Stay self-motivated and contribute proactively in a remote working environment.
Day-to-day work:
1. Work on real, production-level projects.
2. Attend virtual calls/meetings with the team, founders, designers, and clients.
3. Convert ideas and requirements into high-quality applications.
4. Coordinate with the team daily for development updates and deliverables.
5. Ensure smooth communication while working from home.
