Key Responsibilities:A. Speaker Identification and Outreach
1. Research and identify potential speakers relevant to the channel’s themes and audience interests.
2. Reach out to prospective speakers with personalized invitations.
3. Manage end-to-end communication to secure speaker participation.
B. Speaker Engagement and Coordination
1. Conduct initial introductions and briefings to explain expectations and session goals.
2. Coordinate with speakers before sessions to ensure preparedness.
3. Conduct post-session debriefs to collect feedback and insights for improvement.
C. Scheduling and Calendar Management
1. Create detailed calendar invites aligned with speaker and internal team availability.
2. Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations to ensure smooth execution.
D. Collaboration with Production Team
1. Coordinate with video editors and production staff for smooth content handoff.
2. Track video editing progress and share feedback when required.
E. Content Publishing and Promotion
1. Ensure videos are published on schedule across all platforms.
2. Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize post-launch promotion on social media.
