Remote SEO, GEO & Content Growth Lead (Canva/Figma Expertise) Job at Finexer

About the Job

Are you a skilled SEO/GEO content writer with expertise in Canva/Figma and a deep understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) strategy, generative engine optimisation (GEO)? You will own Finexer’s visibility across Google, AI-driven search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot), blogs, forums, and third-party platforms. If you thrive in fast-paced startup environments, love execution over theory, and want full ownership of organic growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

A. SEO & GEO strategy (Core ownership):
1. Build and execute a full-funnel SEO + GEO strategy
2. Optimise Finexer’s content for: Google Search, AI-generated answers and citations, semantic and entity-based discovery
3. Ensure Finexer appears in LLM-powered fintech searches on all associated keywords and searches 

B. Content planning & execution:
1. Own Finexer’s blog and knowledge hub
2. Identify high-impact topics via: Market research, competitor analysis (fintech & open banking space) and search intent + AI intent
3. Write, edit, and publish SEO/GEO-optimised blog content
4. Create supporting visuals using Canva/Figma (blog images, infographics, carousels)

C. Content distribution & authority building:
1. Actively distribute content across Fintech forums & communities, Medium, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, etc.
2. Build high-quality backlinks and brand mentions
3. Strengthen E-E-A-T and topical authority

D. Technical SEO & GEO engineering:
1. Own and lead technical SEO strategy and execution
2. Optimize and manage site architecture, indexing, and crawlability
3. Improve, monitor, and maintain Core Web Vitals and overall site performance
4. Implement and maintain structured data including schema, FAQs, and entity markup
5. Design and deploy programmatic and scalable SEO initiatives

E. Performance, innovation & results:
1. Track and report: Organic traffic growth, Keyword rankings and AI search visibility and citations
2. Continuously experiment with: New GEO techniques, AI-search optimisation with content and distribution strategies
3. Deliver clear, quantifiable outcomes
