About the Job
We’re hiring a hands-on Social Media Marketing Associate to manage and grow our presence on Instagram and Facebook for a D2C clothing brand.This is an execution-heavy role — you will be creating content, managing platforms, and supporting performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
-Manage Instagram & Facebook end-to-end
-Plan and execute a weekly content calendar
-Post consistently (reels, posts, stories)
2. Content Creation:
-Create: Reels (product, lifestyle, quote-based, trend-led), Static posts, and Carousels (brand, product, value, storytelling)
-Design creatives using Canva / similar tools
-Edit short-form videos using CapCut / InShot, AI tools ike nanobanana.
-Work with existing product photos/mockups (no professional shoots required)
3. Graphics & Visuals
-Design: Post creatives, Carousel slides, Story creatives, and Basic ad creatives
-Maintain visual consistency with brand tone
-Adapt content for both Instagram & Facebook formats
4. Digital Marketing Support
-Assist with Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook):
-Creative preparation
-Audience testing
-Basic performance tracking
5. Monitor metrics:
-Reach
-Engagement
-Clicks
-Conversions (basic level)
6. Community & Brand Support
-Handle basic comments and DMs
-Track content performance and suggest improvements
-Monitor competitor brands and trends
-Coordinate with the founder for campaigns, launches, and drops
