About the Job
The RoleWe’re hiring a Sales Specialist to support our B2B sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is organised, consistent, and comfortable working in a startup environment. You’ll be involved across prospecting, demos, follow-ups, and sales coordination.
What You’ll Do
1. Prospect and research target accounts
2. Reach out, set up calls, and support demos
3. Manage follow-ups and maintain sales documentation
4. Work with sales and marketing to improve lead conversion
5. Contribute to evolving sales processes as we scale
What We’re Looking For
1. 0–2 years of experience (sales/BD a plus)
2. Strong organisation and follow-through
3. Clear written and verbal communication
4. Curious and adaptable
5. Based in Bangalore
