About the Job
Key Responsibilities1. WhatsApp Sales & Lead Conversion
-Handle all incoming WhatsApp inquiries from ads, website, and organic leads
-Respond promptly using approved scripts and product knowledge
-Follow up with interested customers to close sales
-Share product videos, images, FAQs, and payment links
-Maintain lead status (new/follow-up/converted/dropped)
2. Email Communication
-Respond to customer queries received via email
-Send order confirmations, basic product information, and support replies
-Coordinate with internal team for escalations (assembly, dispatch, warranty)
3. Customer Support & After-Sales
-Address customer concerns related to:
-Order status
-Delivery coordination
-Product usage guidance
-Basic troubleshooting
-Ensure polite, confident, and brand-aligned communication
-Escalate technical or replacement issues to the manager when required
4. Coordination with Internal & External Teams
-Coordinate with:
-Assembly manager for order readiness
-Courier/logistics partner for dispatch updates
-Marketing agency for lead feedback (quality, objections, FAQs)
-Share common customer objections and queries to improve marketing content
5. Reporting & Daily Tracking
-Maintain daily records of:
-Leads received
-Conversions
-Pending follow-ups
-Customer issues
-Share a simple daily and weekly summary with the founder
