About the Job
S G Industries is seeking a dynamic sales & marketing manager to drive growth for its luxury lifestyle perfumes and body mists in the affordable luxury segment. The role involves building and managing retail and distribution networks, driving sales, and executing marketing activities that strengthen brand visibility and consumer recall.This is a start-up with being a unicorn.
It is in the early phase, and there is no sales target. Brand building and management activities will be there. Also, attractive incentives and bonus basis upon the sales
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners for perfumes and body mists.
2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and sampling activities aligned with the brand’s affordable luxury positioning.
3. Collect market insights on pricing, competition, and consumer preferences to support product and brand strategy.
4. Coordinate with design and production teams for launch plans, POSM, and merchandising requirements.
