About the Job
Key Responsibilities:Manage QuickBooks Online for multiple companies/projects.
Handle invoicing, receivables, bills, and payments for employees and contractors.
Assign all transactions to clients/projects for accurate P&L tracking.
Prepare weekly/monthly P&L, financial statements, and reports.
Conduct audits and ensure compliance.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Collaborate with teams and respond to financial queries.
