Zerobeli is a fast-growing FMCG/D2C brand making healthier alternatives to everyday food products. We are looking for a focused HR Recruiter to help us hire urgently for key roles.Key responsibilities:
1. Source relevant CVs from Naukri, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, Apna, etc.
2. Call and screen candidates as per our job descriptions.
3. Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
4. Ensure we have 5–6 strong shortlisted candidates per role within 7 days.
Key Requirements:
1. 1 year of recruitment experience (agency or corporate).
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Immediate availability.
