About the Job
Role OverviewWe’re looking for a results-driven Paid Advertisement Specialist to join our performance-based marketing agency. This role goes beyond just running ads—you’ll own outcomes. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across platforms with a sharp focus on ROI, ROAS, CPL, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and manage sales-focused ad campaigns for e-commerce brands across Meta, Google, and other performance channels
• Execute and optimize lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses with a strong understanding of lead quality and funnel intent
• Build, test, and optimize full-funnel ad strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF) including retargeting and remarketing
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and take daily optimization actions on budgets, bids, creatives, audiences, and placements
• Develop and refine ad strategies aligned with business goals, seasonality, and growth targets
• Collaborate with design and copy teams to suggest high-converting creatives, hooks, offers, and CTAs
• Create and test offers, landing page angles, and messaging frameworks to improve conversion rates
• Analyze data, generate insights, and present performance reports with clear action plans
• Stay updated with platform changes, ad policies, and emerging performance trends
