About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Identify & research - US/India/Europe SMBs, SaaS, and Healthcare brands that match our business Ideal Customer Profile.
2. Run high-volume cold outreach on LinkedIn, email, and phone to book discovery calls for our India team.
3. Draft and iterate copy (subject lines, CTAs, micro-case-study snippets); A/B-test everything.
4. Own the CRM hygiene – add, tag, and track every prospect; update response rates and status daily.
5. Hit weekly KPIs: 300 net-new prospects added, 50 outbound messages/day, 5 qualified meetings booked/week
6. Report numbers every Friday; refine lists & messaging with the growth lead.
