Clear Tax is expanding its digital presence across Australia, and LinkedIn is our primary platform to educate, influence, and build trust with business owners, migrants, property investors, and professionals. We are looking for a LinkedIn manager who can turn numbers, tax strategies, and regulations into compelling stories, relatable case studies and practical insights. Your content will help everyday people understand complex tax structures, make informed financial decisions, and avoid costly mistakes. You will help shape our brand voice and position us as the go-to experts for tax structures, property strategies, SMSFs, business advisory, and financial planning. This role goes beyond posting and scheduling. This is strategic storytelling with real impact.Why this role matters: Every day, clients make high-value decisions- property purchases, business structuring, retirement planning- often without understanding the tax impact. Your content will help them avoid costly mistakes and inspire them to seek the right advice.
Your work ensures that:
1. A confused property investor finally understands why a trust structure matters.

3. A migrant family realises the power of an early financial strategy.
4. A tech professional learns how to structure investments for long-term wealth.
5. Your stories will create clarity, confidence, and connection.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Content strategy & storytelling:
1. Develop a weekly and monthly content calendar aligned with tax deadlines, property trends, and client FAQs.
2. Convert technical topics into digestible LinkedIn posts, stories, and case-study snippets.
3. Craft thought-leadership content for senior leaders (e.g., tax, property, business advisory).
4. Build narratives that demonstrate real-life impact- before/after transformations, mistakes saved, and smart structuring decisions.
B. Case study development:
1. Translate real client scenarios (with anonymisation) into compelling posts.
2. Work closely with the tax and advisory teams to identify stories worth sharing.
3. Showcase success examples- land tax savings, trust restructuring, CFO advisory wins, SMSF growth, etc.
C. LinkedIn page & profile management:
1. Manage multiple LinkedIn personal profiles (leaders, niche experts) and company pages.
2. Optimise profiles for visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
3. Ensure a consistent voice tailored to each leader’s niche (e.g., property tax, SMSF, business tax, crypto tax).
D. Engagement & community building:
1. Respond to comments, questions, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
2. Join relevant conversations and industry threads to expand reach.
3. Track trending topics (ATO changes, property market shifts, trust reform updates) and leverage them.
E. Analytics & performance:
1. Measure performance: impressions, engagement, follower growth, and lead enquiries.
2. Provide fortnightly and monthly reports with insights and optimisation suggestions.
3. Continuously refine content based on data-driven learnings.
