Key Responsibilities:A. Strategy & Planning
1. Develop monthly content calendars in alignment with my brand voice and business goals
2. Research trends, hashtags, competitor accounts, and platform-specific growth tactics
B. Content Creation
1. Write captions in my tone (CSR style on IG, professional yet warm on LinkedIn)
2. Design carousels, reels, infographics, and quotes using Canva or similar tools
3. Repurpose existing content into new formats (text to reels, blogs to carousels)
C. Reels & Video Editing
1. Edit reels and videos with subtitles, music, and transitions
2. Suggest creative reel ideas aligned with my services (healing, coaching, journaling, etc.)
D. Publishing & Scheduling
1. Schedule and post consistently across Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
2. Use tools like Meta Suite, Buffer, or Notion-based systems for planning
E. Engagement & Community Building
1. Reply to DMs & comments with warmth and alignment
2. Engage with followers and similar accounts
3. Post interactive stories (polls, questions, giveaways)
F. Lead Nurturing
1. Create content that invites DMs, Google form sign-ups, and discovery calls
2. Track incoming leads and ensure timely follow-ups
3. Support campaigns for webinars, challenges, and launches
G. Reporting & Insights
1. Prepare weekly or monthly reports on growth, reach, engagement, saves, and leads
2. Analyze data and provide improvement suggestions
H. Profile Optimization
1. Keep bios, links, highlights, and pinned posts updated
2. Optimize all three platforms for maximum visibility and clarity
