About the Job
We’re looking for a Junior Designer to join our growing studio and work closely with us on social media, design projects, and creative execution - with real space to learn, contribute, and grow.This role is perfect for someone early in their career who’s curious, visually sharp, and excited to build things from the ground up.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and carousels.
2. Assist with brand identity and design projects.
3. Conduct visual research and develop mood boards and concepts.
4. Provide day-to-day creative support across client and studio projects.
5. Grow creatively alongside the studio as it scales.
We’re looking for someone who:
1. Has a strong design eye and attention to detail.
2. Is comfortable using Adobe Suite and Figma.
3. Understands social media visuals and current trends.
4. Is organized, proactive, and open to feedback.
5. Wants to grow long-term with a small but ambitious studio.
6. Is comfortable wearing multiple creative hats and learning across roles.
Location & Work Setup:
1. India-based.
2. 5 days a week.
3. Hybrid or remote working (flexible, trust-based).
