About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Post job openings on LinkedIn and Internshala
2. Review and shortlist applications from multiple platforms
3. Send Google Forms to shortlisted candidates and evaluate responses
4. Coordinate and manage test assignments (editing tasks, scripts, sample work, or technical tasks)
5. Review test submissions and shortlist candidates for CEO review
6. Schedule interviews using Calendly and ensure candidate attendance
7. Follow up with candidates for interviews, assignments, and revisions
8. Support final selection and assist in salary discussions
9. Manage onboarding and ensure new hires are added to Slack and tools
