About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. The 'do-whatever-it-takes' mindset: You are the engine of Pokus. If a user needs a passport application sorted or a limited edition product, you figure out how to make it happen.
2. Operations architecture: Work directly with the founders to design the workflows that our AI will eventually automate. You are the "human-in-the-loop" making the magic look seamless.
3. Execution & scale: Manage daily operations, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure every single user request is fulfilled with 100% reliability.
4. Product feedback loop: Identify bottlenecks in our operations and work with the engineering team to build internal tools and automations to solve them.
5. Extreme ownership: You don’t wait for instructions. You see a gap in the process, you fix it.
