About the Job
We are seeking a talented and innovative Gen AI engineer to join our team. Lead the design, fine-tuning, and productionization of LLM applications- using prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic patterns- while owning high-quality code and cloud deployments.Key Responsibilities:
1. Build & optimize LLM solutions: Design, train/fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLMs using prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agent-based architectures.
2. Own the codebase: Write maintainable, performant Python with LangChain/LangGraph and SQL; create reusable components and enforce best practices.
3. Ship to cloud: Aid in deploying GenAI apps on Azure, GCP, or AWS; optimize resources and ensure reliable CI/CD.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product owners, data scientists, and business SMEs to translate requirements into impactful AI products.
5. Mentor the team: Provide technical guidance and champion ML/LLM development best practices.
6. Innovate continuously: Track LLM and GenAI advances; prototype and iterate to improve quality and performance.
