Key Responsibilities:1. Build, enhance, and ship features for our ERP product across frontend and backend.
2. Work hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and React to solve real business problems.
3. Take ownership of features- from understanding requirements to deployment and post-release fixes.
4. Debug, fix, and improve existing functionality based on customer feedback and real production usage.
5. Collaborate with a small, fast-moving team and actively participate in daily stand-ups and discussions.
6. Write clean, readable, and maintainable code that scales as the product grows.
7. Learn continuously and apply best practices in software development.
