About the Role: At NetWit, we are moving beyond traditional coding. We are looking for an AI-Native Developer who creates software not by typing every line, but by orchestrating AI agents and automated workflows. You won't just write code; you will architect solutions using Agent CLIs, Antigravity frameworks, and AI specifications.Your primary goal is speed and precision—taking high-level AI specifications and turning them into deployed, functional apps using tools like Claude, DeepSeek, and Aider/Cline. If you are still manually writing boilerplate, this role is not for you. We need a builder who speaks the language of LLMs to build backends and APIs at lightning speed.
Key responsibilities:
1. AI-First Code Generation: Utilize CLI-based AI agents (e.g., Claude CLI, DeepSeek, Aider) to generate, refactor, and deploy codebases. You will act as the "pilot" while the AI acts as the engine.
2. Specification-Driven Development: Build full-scale applications solely based on AI-generated specifications and prompts. You must be able to translate business logic into precise prompts that result in production-ready code.
3. Antigravity & Automated Workflows: Implement "Antigravity" coding principles—leveraging automation to bypass repetitive tasks and achieve high-velocity deployment.
4. Backend & API Orchestration: Expertly manage backend connections. You will use AI to wire up complex API integrations between our web apps and third-party services (OpenAI, Claude, Custom APIs).
5. Agentic Debugging: Instead of manual hunting, use AI agents to scan, detect, and fix bugs across the stack instantly.
6. Stack Management: Maintain and oversee the architecture generated by AI, ensuring security and scalability in React, PHP, Python, and Node.js environments.
