About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Performance Marketing (Non-Negotiable)
1. Plan, execute, and continuously optimize Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
2. Run YouTube Ads across In-Stream and Shorts formats
3. Build and manage audience targeting for architects, interior designers, and builders/developers
4. Own the complete funnel: Ad → App Install → First Project Upload
5. Execute retargeting for:
– Installed but inactive users
– Logged-in users without portfolio uploads
6. Manage budgets, optimize CAC, and improve efficiency at scale
KPIs:
1. Cost per Install (CPI)
2. Cost per Activated User (1+ project uploaded)
3. Activation Rate (%)
B. Activation & Growth (Critical)
1. Improve conversion from signup to first project upload
2. Design and execute campaigns to drive:
– First project upload
– Portfolio completion
3. Coordinate closely with telecalling, WhatsApp, and reactivation campaigns
4. Plan re-engagement strategies for dormant users
5. Recommend in-app nudges, messaging, and conversion-focused copy
KPIs:
1. Activation Rate (%)
2. Day-7 and Day-30 Retention
3. Upload Completion Rate
C. Content Strategy (Conversion-Led)
1. Define and own high-impact content pillars:
– Portfolio building tips
– Career growth for architects
– Client acquisition strategies
– Architecture & construction insights
2. Create and manage:
– Instagram Reels
– YouTube Shorts
– Carousels and text-based posts
3. Repurpose high-performing user-generated content
4. Ensure every piece of content drives action—not vanity metrics
D. SEO & ASO
1. Conduct keyword research within the architecture and construction ecosystem
2. Optimize website and landing pages for on-page SEO
3. Lead App Store Optimization for Play Store and App Store
4. Track and improve organic installs and conversion rates
5. Build industry-relevant, high-quality backlinks
E. Copywriting (Mandatory Skill)
1. Write high-converting ad copy (hooks, CTAs, variations)
2. Craft landing page and app store copy
3. Create a persuasive email and WhatsApp campaign messaging
4. Develop push notification copy focused on activation and retention
Inability to write clear, sharp, conversion-focused copy is a deal-breaker for this role.
F. Analytics & Reporting
1. Track full-funnel performance using GA4, Firebase, and Meta Events
2. Publish weekly performance reports covering:
– What worked
– What failed
– What will be tested next
3. Drive decisions strictly through data, not opinions
