About the Job

We’re seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO initiatives and manage our offshore team in India. This role combines technical SEO expertise, team leadership, project management, and business development. You’ll work during USA business hours and play a key role in both delivering outstanding client results and growing our agency.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Project Management

- Manage and mentor our offshore SEO team in India, ensuring quality deliverables and professional development
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and client communications across multiple accounts
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Establish SEO processes, workflows, and quality standards

SEO Strategy & Execution

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for clients across various industries
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits
- Oversee on-page optimization, content strategy, and link-building initiatives
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to clients
- Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices

Business Development

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and outreach
- Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls with prospective clients
- Present SEO proposals and demonstrate value to potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
- Collaborate on sales strategy and agency growth initiatives

Requirements

- 3-5+ years of SEO experience with proven results
- Experience managing remote or offshore teams
- Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple client accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, sales conversations, and client presentations
- Available to work USA business hours (Central Time preferred)
- Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
- Understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and link building strategies
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
