About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Assist clients via WhatsApp, social media, and email, resolving queries and guiding them through the booking process
2. Respond to missed calls, maintain logs, and follow up with clients as needed
3. Set up and manage the online booking system (Bookeo)
4. Research vendors, request pricing, place orders, and ensure timely delivery and invoice payment
5. Edit student photos and videos, add logos, and send them to clients post-review or upon payment
6. Create and post engaging social media content and promotional videos
7. Design flyers and branded visuals for marketing purposes
8. Post regularly in relevant groups and forums to promote the swim school
9. Track attendance from teachers and assistants, follow up on missing records
10. Ensure all student waivers are completed by coordinating with teachers and deck ambassadors
11. Notify staff of any missing photos or documentation
12. Track business expenses and maintain records
13. Organize and maintain digital files and folders in Google Drive
14. Research and reach out to hotels for potential pool rentals; schedule meetings with managers/GM
15. Write and distribute press releases to bloggers, newspapers, and media outlets
16. Identify media platforms for brand coverage and promotion
17. Manage and track interns' performance, log-in sheets, and task completion
18. Act as a general assistant to the owner: draft/reply to emails, make calls, and support daily business tasks
