About the Job
Role summary:You'll be working closely with senior digital marketers, assisting them in executing campaigns, preparing reports, managing communication, and supporting content creation and marketing automation tasks. This full-time remote role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to learn, move fast, and grow within a dynamic agency environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. SEO & Local SEO:
Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic technical audits
Assist with Google Business Profile optimization & local citations
Track rankings and update visibility reports using tools like Ubersuggest, SurferSEO, etc.
2. Paid Ads:
Launch and manage basic Google & Meta ad campaigns (with guidance)
Monitor ad performance and update weekly reports
Coordinate with creative team for ad visuals
3. Content & Design:
Create SEO-friendly content outlines, meta tags, and assist with ChatGPT-based content
Use Canva for basic ad creatives, presentations, and social media visuals
4. Operations & Reporting:
Maintain client reports in Google Sheets
Prepare slide decks and custom audit presentations
Assist in cold emailing using tools like Instantly, Lemlist, or manual Gmail outreach
Track and update CRM for outreach & follow-ups
5. Client Coordination:
Join calls when needed, take notes, and summarize action items
Reply to follow-ups or update task sheets for team/client
Requirements:
1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
Solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads basics, Local SEO
Proficiency in Canva, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Gmail
Basic experience with ChatGPT and prompt writing
Bonus: Familiarity with healthcare marketing, SurferSEO, Hunter.io, Instantly.ai
