About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Communicate with clients fluently via email, calls, or meetings.
2. Take meeting notes and document action items clearly and promptly.
3. Create presentations & reports using PowerPoint and Excel (dashboards, summaries).
4. Execute tasks based on instructions, ensuring format and quality are met.
5. Manage social media posts – schedule, publish, and monitor performance.
6. Use LinkedIn for brand visibility, content sharing, and outreach.
7. Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to create content, reports, or ideas.
8. Support marketing campaigns with data gathering, email lists, or competitor research.
9. Track engagement metrics on social media and suggest improvements.
10. Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing deliverables.
