About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Design learner-centric visual content using Canva and PowerPoint for onboarding, outreach, and demo presentations.
2. Support social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube—crafting posts, reels, and engagement copy aligned with Sundarbon’s ethos.
3. Assist in drafting outreach materials, including one-pagers, email templates, and demo scripts for college engagement.
4. Edit and repurpose video content for short-form platforms (Reels, Shorts) to showcase Sundarbon Lite’s value proposition.
5. Contribute to UX refinement by testing onboarding flows and suggesting intuitive improvements from a learner’s perspective.
6. Track engagement metrics and provide weekly insights to improve content performance and outreach effectiveness.
7. Coordinate with college stakeholders during pilot visits, helping with setup, documentation, and feedback collection.
8. Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written assets, ensuring alignment with Sundarbon’s philosophy and tone.
9. Participate in brainstorming sessions to co-create new formats, campaigns, and learner-friendly micro-content.
10. Take initiative in workflow optimization, suggesting tools or templates that improve efficiency and clarity.
