About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Strategy and Planning
1. Develop and execute annual/quarterly digital marketing strategic plans aligned with overall business objectives.
2. Conduct market and competitor analysis, track industry trends, and analyze user behavior to inform strategy.
3. Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources across channels, and monitor ROI.
B. Channel Operations and Optimization
1. Social Media Marketing: Plan, publish, and manage content; drive engagement and community growth on platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.); strengthen brand loyalty.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Perform keyword research, on-site optimization, and link-building to improve organic rankings and traffic.
3. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Manage paid search campaigns, optimize keywords and creatives, and analyze performance to improve CPC and conversions.
4. Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create blogs, whitepapers, videos, infographics, and other assets that attract and convert target audiences.
5. Email Marketing: Build segmented email lists, design and execute campaigns (newsletters, promotions, nurturing), and use A/B testing to optimize performance.
6. Performance & Affiliate Marketing: Manage partnerships with platforms, affiliates, and KOLs/KOCs; execute paid campaigns (in-feed ads, DSPs) to drive user acquisition.
C. Data Analysis and Reporting
1. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track KPIs across campaigns.
2. Generate regular performance reports, identify trends, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
3. Build and maintain dashboards to provide clear visibility of campaign performance for the team and management.
D. Collaboration and Communication
1. Work cross-functionally with design, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and sales goals.
2. Manage external partners (agencies, PR firms, KOLs) to ensure high-quality execution and consistent brand messaging.
E. Technology and Tools
1. Utilize marketing automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Stay updated on emerging digital marketing technologies and trends (AI-driven marketing, automation, short-form video, etc.) and implement innovative solutions.
