About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Develop, QC, audit, and deliver completed and approved datasets meeting predetermined deadlines with a goal of complete accuracy
2. Work with stakeholders at all levels to identify and address process gaps with process improvement ideas that bring efficiency and structure to workflows
3. Assist AI and RPA models by manually parsing data to help derive insights for automation
4. Interpret and understand client requirements for every project and execute it per the defined rules
5. Perform annotations to help train ML models
6. Direct and monitor progress and performance of the team
7. Act as a culture carrier and live by all core values of ownership, commitment, collaboration, agility, innovation, and a growth-oriented mindset
8. Respond to client inquiries related to ongoing projects
9. Research and troubleshoot issues associated with data and tools provided
10. Assess project proposals, provide time estimates, then document time and accuracy for evaluation purposes
11. Assist in documentation and continual improvements of SOPs for internal workflows
12. Prepare tools and reports that measure and evaluate team accuracy and productivity
13. Assist in planning and allocation of daily work queues
14. Ensure that complex concepts shared by stakeholders are accurately documented in a straightforward manner
15. Manage ETAs and deliverables by coordinating with different teams working remotely
16. Display excellent change management and risk management skills at an individual level during execution of all tasks
17. Conduct process training sessions for new members of a team or project
