About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Data Quality Support
1. Assist in performing data validation and quality checks on datasets.
2. Support data profiling to identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect data.
3. Help monitor data pipelines for quality issues and anomalies.
4. Document data quality issues and assist in root cause analysis.
B. AI/ML Evaluation Assistance
1. Support evaluation of AI/ML model outputs using predefined metrics and test datasets.
2. Compare model outputs across versions to identify obvious performance changes.
3. Participate in manual and human-in-the-loop evaluation processes.
4. Assist in maintaining evaluation datasets and benchmarks.
C. Testing & Automation
1. Help execute automated data quality checks using existing frameworks or scripts.
2. Assist in maintaining test cases for data pipelines and AI outputs.
3. Support regression testing when data sources or models are updated.
D. Monitoring & Reporting
1. Assist in preparing data quality and model evaluation reports.
2. Track issues and updates using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
3. Communicate findings clearly to senior team members.
E. Collaboration & Learning
1. Work closely with data engineers, ML engineers, and QA teams.
2. Learn and follow data governance, security, and confidentiality guidelines.
3. Continuously improve knowledge of data quality, AI evaluation, and best practices.
