About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Extract, clean, and analyze data from primary and secondary sources using SQL and basic data processing tools
2. Use SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to develop dashboards and reports for internal teams and client-facing use
3. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to support decision-making
4. Develop and optimize KPIs, performance dashboards, and tracking frameworks
5. Conduct exploratory, predictive, and prescriptive analysis for ongoing business initiatives
6. Create clear and interactive data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Python tools
7. Translate analytical findings into digestible reports for stakeholders across departments
8. Deliver both scheduled and ad hoc reports based on business needs
9. Analyze user behavior and product engagement to identify areas of improvement
10. Support product teams with A/B testing and impact assessments of new features
11. Collaborate on data needs during development cycles and for live-service updates
12. Assist in evaluating marketing campaign performance through CPA, conversion, and engagement analysis
13. Analyze customer journey data to determine acquisition and retention drivers
14. Help define customer segments and behavioral patterns to inform business strategies
15. Support the development and optimization of data systems and pipelines
16. Work with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and availability
17. Assist in maintaining documentation, including data dictionaries and catalogs
18. Become a subject matter expert in company data to support internal teams
19. Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between analytics and business needs
20. Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership
21. Identify potential clients by researching and applying to job listings on platforms like Indeed
22. Submit customized applications and bids via the designated company email funnels
23. Track and manage all client outreach efforts and follow-ups
24. Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming clients post-application
25. Manage ongoing client course loads and coordinate service delivery across internal teams once clients are onboarded
26. Ensure that each client's requirements are clearly understood, documented, and met throughout the service lifecycle
27. Communicate regularly with clients regarding performance, insights, and service adjustments
