About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Onboarding & Training
1. Deliver online demos and onboarding sessions for clinics and doctors.
2. Train clients and internal team members on MediGrow.app features, workflows, and best practices.
3. Develop training materials, SOPs, and video tutorials to support client learning and adoption.
B. Customer Support
1. Serve as the first point of contact for client queries via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
2. Provide timely and effective support, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated to the technical team.
3. Monitor client adoption and usage to drive long-term success and satisfaction.
C. Documentation & Knowledge Base
1. Create and update workflows, FAQs, and product usage guides for clients.
2. Maintain an internal knowledge base for the support team to ensure consistency and efficiency.
3. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and product features.
D. Customer Success
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and clinic owners.
2. Gather client feedback and share actionable insights with product and leadership teams.
3. Contribute to renewal and upselling initiatives by highlighting product value and impact.
